Founded in 1999, eASIC is headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif., with design centers in Romania and Malaysia. eASIC invented a programmable ASIC technology that requires no NRE and no MOQ requirements. Unlike other structured ASICs, only a single via layer is used to customize the routing, IO ports, and cell types (logic, SRAM, or PLD) for various designs.
