Founded in 1999, VINATECH CO. LTD is headquartered in South Korea and is a manufacturer of supercapacitors (EDLC, P-EDLC). Supercapacitors mainly replace batteries for solar LEDs. The energy density of Hybrid supercapacitors is also much larger than that of ordinary batteries. Hybrid supercapacitors have tens of millions of cycles of life and good temperature resistance (-25 degrees Celsius to +70 degrees Celsius) and do not have to be repaired and replaced during a decade.
