Taiwan Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Company, TSMC, TSMC, is a semiconductor manufacturing company in Taiwan. Founded in 1987, it is the world's first and largest professional integrated circuit manufacturing service (foundry), headquarters and major factories. Located in the Hsinchu Science Park. In 2013, the revenue was 1.985 billion US dollars, and the foundry market share was 46%, ranking first in the world. In 2011, the capital amounted to approximately NT$259.15 billion and the market capitalization was approximately US$100 billion. It is the largest listed company in Taiwan's market capitalization. TSMC's total production capacity has reached 4.3 million wafers throughout the year, and its revenue accounts for about 60% of the global foundry market.
