TSLC Corporation (TSLC) was established in 2013 in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan. It is the world's first manufacturer of full-band LED packaging with 8-inch aluminum nitride substrates. Exclusively developed in infrared LED packages (920nm) with wavelengths ranging from short wavelengths of ultraviolet light (280nm) to visible wavelengths including blue, green, red (660nm) and invisible light. TSLC's exclusive development of aluminum nitride substrates ensures the heat dissipation of LEDs. In addition to producing standard LED package components, TSLC provides OEM OEM services to tailor customer needs. TSLC Corporation is a subsidiary of Xuming Optoelectronics Semileds.
