Sensata Technologies, headquartered in the United States, is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of sensors, electrical protectors, and controllers. Sensata, formerly the sensor and controller business of Texas instruments, was bought by bain in 2006. On March 11, 2010, the company was successfully listed on the New York stock exchange and became an independent listed company. Then, Mr Sata has bought the First (First Technology), abburth electronic science and Technology (Airpax) and its four subsidiaries, honeywell global auto Sensor business (Automotive - on - Board), st Slater (Sensor - NITE) high temperature Sensor.
