SILVERMICRO, a high-tech enterprise controlled by Jiangsu Yinmao (Holdings) Group Co., Ltd., was incorporated in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on November 29, 2007. Nanjing Yinmao Microelectronics Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Phase I project to develop, manufacture and sell new power electronic modules (domestic IGBT power modules, MOSFET power modules) with independent intellectual property rights, and fully airtight semi-airtight high reliability hybrid circuit electronic devices. The core components of large-scale converter technology are the main business. With an annual production capacity of 650,000 general-purpose power modules and more than 100,000 high-voltage and high-power modules, it is one of the largest power electronic power module production bases in China. The company's products can be widely used in different fields of power range 0.5KW-5MW and above: industrial frequency conversion, new energy, power equipment, public transportation and so on.
