The predecessor of Shanghai Ridge Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (LeadChip) is the Advanced Power Division of Shanghai Belling. Zhang Zheng and other Hua Hong Group's best team of process engineers, in conjunction with Belling's design and production line, established the division in November 2003. At the end of 2005, a top power management team returned from the US Silicon Valley and other places began to contact Beiling and signed an incubation agreement with Belling in 2006. The incubation conditions were achieved two years earlier than originally planned, and Lingxin was officially registered on November 21, 2007.
