IDC (ISAHAYA ELECTRONICS CORPORATION) Electronics is a Japanese manufacturer of high-end discrete devices and hybrid ICs. Founded in 1973, IDC was established by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan, and was originally a joint venture of Mitsubishi in discrete small-signal transistors. After that, Mitsubishi successively handed over the mixed IC and small signal triode to IDC. Since 2003, IDC Electronics has developed, designed, manufactured and sold discrete devices and hybrid ICs under its own brand. IDC Electronics currently designs and manufactures small-signal transistors to ASICs, and meets the requirements for miniaturization and high functionality of all machines with a wide range of semiconductor design techniques and application loop technologies that use these semiconductors as the main components.
