Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, Inotera Memories, Inc. is a joint venture between Taiwan Nanya Technology (subordinated to Formosa Plastics Group) and Micron Technology. Huaya Technology provides DRAM memory foundry services. Currently, it is mainly produced by 30nm process technology. The maximum planned production capacity per month is about 120,000 pieces. The entire wafer output is supplied to Micron Technology. Huaya Technology is committed to producing a large number of capacity manufacturing and economic scale cost-effective DRAM memory products for customers to produce high quality, advanced process technology.
